Forgot your password?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a 6-digit code that's valid for 15 minutes.
Common issues
- "Token error" or stuck login loop — hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R). If it persists, email us.
- Google sign-in didn't create my account — disposable email domains are blocked. Use your company email.
- AI features show "not configured" — the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is missing on the server; contact us.
- Spend cap reached — each company has a monthly AI spend cap (default $20). Email us to adjust.

Security issue or data concern? Email support@pzip.ai with "SECURITY" in the subject; we'll acknowledge within 24 hours.
