These Terms govern your use of the RockStandard app suite: Zipper (pzip.ai — field service dispatch & CRM), psupp (psupp.ai — diagnostics assistant), and pquote (pquote.ai — quoting tool), together the "Services." By accessing or using any of the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Services; (b) use them to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other customers; (d) generate content that violates third-party rights; or (e) use automated means to exceed rate limits.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Services (customers, jobs, quotes, notes, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Services to you. We do not sell your data. You can export your data at any time, including after your subscription ends. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The Services use large language models (currently provided by Anthropic) for features such as drafted messages, diagnostics guidance, quote generation, briefings, and scheduling suggestions. AI output can be wrong or biased; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sending it to customers. We do not guarantee accuracy. AI usage may be subject to per-account rate and spend caps.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, and unplanned incidents may cause downtime.
The Services are offered as monthly subscriptions, with pricing and any free-trial terms disclosed at signup on each app's website. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. There are no long-term contracts, setup fees, or cancellation fees. Free trials and free tiers may be subject to usage caps, including AI spend limits. After a trial ends or a subscription lapses, your data remains readable and exportable.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within a reasonable retention window unless required to retain it by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or US $100 for free accounts).
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted to this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
