By accessing or using Zipper (the "Service"), available at pzip.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use it to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other tenants; (d) generate content that violates third-party rights; or (e) use automated means to exceed rate limits.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (customers, jobs, notes, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Zipper uses large language models (currently provided by Anthropic) to generate draft messages, briefings, and scheduling suggestions. AI output can be wrong or biased; you are responsible for reviewing it before sending to customers. We do not guarantee accuracy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, and unplanned incidents may cause downtime.
If the Service becomes a paid product, fees and billing terms will be disclosed at signup. Free-tier accounts may be subject to usage caps, including AI spend limits.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within a reasonable retention window unless required to retain it by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or US $100 for free accounts).
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted to this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
